About
Yosi began her yoga journey in 2016 while living with mild scoliosis and muscle imbalance, which caused pain that radiated from her lower back down to her ankles.
Her journey with yoga was not an instant transformation. It took time to build new habits, learn to understand her body, and gradually become aware of what her body truly needed.
Over time, she began to experience the benefits of yoga—not only on the mat, but also in her everyday life. She became more aware of the way she moved and carried out her daily activities, and most importantly, developed a deeper awareness of her breath and the sensations within her body.
In 2023, Yosi completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with a simple intention: to share with others the benefits of yoga that she had personally experienced.
In her classes, she encourages students to connect with the sensations within their bodies, become aware of their breath, and stay present with every movement. Rather than focusing solely on how a pose looks, she invites her students to explore how the practice feels from within.
For Yosi, yoga is not about perfection. It is a practice of slowing down, understanding the body, listening to its needs, and learning to be fully present.
For her, yoga is about knowing, listening, and being present—one breath, one movement, and one moment at a time.
