About

AUTHENTIC • FREE SOUL • OPEN-MINDED

My relationship with movement started long before yoga. I practiced ballet from kindergarten through high school, and I’ve always loved the freedom, discipline, and expression that comes from moving the body.

I found yoga in 2007. What kept me coming back was something different. Yoga gave me balance—not simply physically, but a way to turn inward. It became more than exercise; it became my own space, my undisturbed place to breathe, listen, and reconnect with myself.

After years of practice, I decided to take my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024, initially to deepen my own understanding. Teaching came naturally after that, and I discovered how much I enjoy sharing the practice in my own way.

My teaching style is what I call poetic functionality—grounded in alignment and purposeful movement, but expressed through creative, sometimes unexpected sequences. I love connecting each class to a meaningful life theme and building the practice toward a peak pose, so there is always a reason behind how we move.

My classes are focused, but never too serious. I believe there should always be space to explore, play, laugh, and choose what feels right for your body. Progress matters, but perfection doesn’t.

Outside the studio, I’m naturally drawn to plants, camping, adventure, and nature, so outdoor yoga has a special place in my practice. Moving and breathing under an open sky somehow brings everything together—the body, the mind, and the world around us.

For me, yoga is ultimately about moving with intention, staying curious, and finding your own rhythm—on and beyond the mat.
