About
My journey with yoga began in 2018, when I plucked up just a tiny bit of courage to walk into my very first class at the gym. Knowing I wasn’t particularly naturally athletic, I was honestly terrified at first.
To my surprise, I quickly realized I could actually do it—even if it came with a lot of wobbles and mistakes along the way. Through consistent practice, yoga taught me to embrace both my strengths and my limitations. It became a space where I learned to deeply listen to, understand, and love every single inch of myself, while teaching me the crucial lesson that holding onto too much ego can actually cause us harm.
As I dove deeper into the practice, a quiet desire grew within me: I wanted everything I was learning to be useful to others, too. That realization led me to make one of the biggest decisions of my life—to take my Yoga Teacher Training.
My wish as a teacher is to provide a solid, grounded foundation for anyone looking to explore yoga. It’s not about becoming the greatest in the eyes of the world, but about discovering strength in your own eyes. Ultimately, I hope yoga can be a path for others to build a stronger body, a healthier mind, and a more peaceful heart.
